The reviews at this dealership are false. They are crooked and will take advantage of you. Service advisor Shauna Harris and the Service Director are the ring leaders. I will never ever buy a Nissan product because of the service experience. This dealership should be shut down for good.
The man with the white hair and white beard is extremely rude and unprofessional. He even rolls his eyes. He did not disclose the car had been in a wreck, and tried say adds ( warranties) came with all cars. When you question him about the option of purchasing warranties versus them being part of the car price, he stops talking. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
I left a bad review about this dealership about my horrible experience only for them to contact me and add insult to injury! I was a pre approved customer that was told that the availability of a vehicle priced at about 15k was available and ready. The salesman said he'd work on some numbers and contact me afterwards, and never got back with me. After my bad review I was contacted via text by Jerry the next day. My Service Advisor Shauna is a true rarity! She is amazing at her job! She is professional yet personable. She eagerly shares her knowledge and expertise and does it in a very understandable and easily absorbable way. The waiting area is large and clean with plenty spots to plug in and stay connected. Bathroom is also large and clean. Free coffee and cocoa and water and many other snacks and drinks for purchase. I always have a good experience when I bring my car in for service!

Shauna Harris, my service advisor, is absolutely the best! She was able to find time for my vehicle to be fixed, explained the charges, and didn't try to upsell any service that wasn't required. Because of the cost for the repair, she assured me that the other recommended services would be ok until my next visit which I will definitely have done at that time. She completely understood the finances involved and that I couldn't afford to have everything done at one time. She is why I will definitely come back to this dealership.
Great service department, check-in was easy and quick. The waiting area is very nice with plenty of seating. There are outlets for charging devices and free wifi. The video walkthrough was awesome.

Jai provided exceptional customer service in this repair and a repair that was previously done on my Altima (not by Courtesy) and I really appreciate it.
I have had to bring my new car in 3 times now in just a month and a half of getting it. The messaging and phone don't work sometimes. This time my car was dead when I tried to start it and had to call Roadside assistance. I was told I need a new battery. He jumped it and I was able to drive it to the dealership. I was happy with the fact they gave me a loaner and my car was ready by the end of the day.
The service department at Cortesy Nissan has been helpful, professional, and timely in making repairs or completing tasks. They aim to please the customer. I feel confident leaving my vehicle there to be serviced.

While the personnel were very courteous, we were at the dealership approximately 5 hours, which we feel was an extremely long time.
Everything was smooth for this visit - setting up the appointment, drop off, waiting, and service. All team members I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. My only frustration is the rising costs of car care which isn’t necessarily the dealership’s fault.

AK kept me informed about my car. I had to leave it overnight because they had to order parts. He setup loaner car for me which was much appreciated . I have Aleah had my car serviced here and will continue to.

I was there to look at a specific car, drove almost an hour. When I got there, the car had already been sold. Dennis did a great job trying to find similar cars.
Had appt for oil change took almost two hours. That is ridiculous. Also items quoted that needed service air filter cabin filter replacement etc. was told my maintenance agreement didn’t cover those types of things. Looked at agreement and it is bumper to bumper and does cover the filter replacements. Not a happy camper

Shauna had been phenomenal and extremely helpful/supportive through my entire experience. All of my previously owned vehicles were Chevrolet and I recently purchased a Nissan vehicle and immediately regretted the decision due to having issues that should have been resolved before the vehicle was sold. Shauna is the reason I’d consider ever purchasing another Nissan vehicle. Other Nissan dealers can learn a thing or two from her when it comes to customer service.
Scott has always been great to work with, explains issues thoroughly, and advises when something is necessary or if it can wait to be worked on.

The salesperson and sales manager were actually pretty nice. There are some post-sale things that were somewhat lacking (not getting a full tank of gas with the vehicle purchase and the car being dusty and, in some places, dirty on the inside).

I leased a vehicle from Courtesy Nissan on April 24, 2024, and as of December 13, 2025, I discovered that I am required to pay a property tax on the leased vehicle—an amount that is more than half of my monthly lease payment. At no point during the sales or finance process was this disclosed to me.

I attempted to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle from this location. Arriving at the location, I was shocked to see over $5k in fees added to my purchase cost. We were told the certification cost additional, but it's well worth it due to the quality of the vehicle. We were able to haggle out the $5k fee and bring the $1700 fee down to $9. Came in to get a screw out of the door in order for me to change the door handle myself, i already knew the diagnoses, the screw was stripped; if they couldn't get the screw out, I would have to basically take apart the door or cut through the other side.. Work good, speed of service was poor. I had a noon appointment to change the oil and filter checked the car in around 11:55 am. Got the car back around 1:50 pm.

Took my car in for a "recall diagnostic" service. Got there around noon on Saturday and was asked to come back on Monday. My service person was good as far as communicating back and forth about questions I had. But was not very knowledgeable or maybe was told not to speak about WHAT actually was tested or how it was tested. Shauna is superb! She is professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They waiting room is also nice with plenty of snacks and areas to relax or do work while you wait.
Labor prices are a bit high but that is the economy these days - Shauna has been a fabulous service advisor and ensures all my services are taken care of and the parts are at a fair price. Have taken my vehicle to Courtesy Nissan for years and will continue to for the life of my vehicle.
Everything went well. I was able to drop my car off first thing in the morning and picked it up after work.

My experience was great! I was greeted with kindness by the staff and Robert upon driving in. During work (I dropped off my car), I received updates on the 4-point check and the original services. Once I received the suggestions on what other services my car needs, I also received a call. Robert explained each service that I was confused about and told me what I should prioritize to be ready for my long holiday road trip. Truly appreciated his kindness and communication. Bonus: my car was ready for pickup within 3 hours (before lunch!).

The car buying process was fine, maintenance (oil change That we purchased for additional cost is not worth it. Takes too long even after making an appt. They should at the minimum provide a complimentary vacuum.
From the beginning to the ending service process Jsing was great, as well as pickup and deliver driver in service area.
