I really appreciate the fact that this Dealership really care about your customer feelings and concerns to being up front & honest about what needs to be repaired. I also appreciate the system that you have at in your service department by being knowledgeable of the customers concern. I paid right there without going to an unnecessary concierge to charge me to wait on them bring my vehicle around. As soon as the service advisor gave me my keys that was all ready in her possession, i was instructed me that my truck was parked right behind me before I could ask her because I was new to this place. Key note this wasn’t even my services advisor that I was originally appointed to, which made my experience at the dealership that much better because my original advisor was off that day, but had took the time to call me on his personal phone all that morning to inform me of the details that was going on with my car until it was ready for pick up. And he never once said this is my day off, I found that out when I called The dealership back to say I was running late. It was then a gentlemen told me to ask for Maria whom I’ve been talking about this far. Needless to say Tim G & Maria and who ever answered the phone was displaying the greatest team working together I’ve ever encounter in customer service at its best.
